Description of BS TILEASY

BS Tileasy should be used for fixing Ceramic Tiles, Glazed tiles, Semi-Vitrified tiles, Terrazzo & Mosaics. It is also suitable for Tile on Tile application on substrates like Terrazzo, Vitrified Tiles, Marble or Glazed Tiles.

Advantages of BS TILEASY

1. Thin set or Thick-bed Application: Mortar Bedding can be from 3mm onwards to 8mm

2. High Grade bonding: It is suggested for Indoors tiles up to 2ft by 4ft

3. Waterproof Quality: Suitable for Showers and Kitchen areas.

4. Anti-Slip Performance: Designed for vertical tile fixing application on walls or covered facade. Good Vertical installation for Tiles weighing up-to 30 Kg

per Sqm.

APPLICATION of BS TILEASY

Ensure that the surface is stable, clear from any loose particles and is solid enough to take load. Any kind of material such as dried paint spots or grease / Oily exposure that act as bond barriers should be removed / grind off/ chiselled from the surface. Pot life is 2 to 3 hours in 25 C temperature and foot traffic can be allowed after 24 hours.

Preparation of BS TILEASY mortar

Add 4 to 5 Litres of potable water to a 20Kg bag of BS TILEASY. Pour water first in a clean mixing container. Add BS TILEASY powder to the water gradually stirring with a hand mixer until the mix is lump free & in a plastic state.
