Description of BS Tileasy HS

BS Tileasy HS provides very good adhesion for claddinguse on plastered surface, precast wall, ply-board, AACBlocks, terrazzo surface, concrete, cement blocks.

It has the bond strength and improved inbuilt flexibilityconfigured as per tropical weather conditions affectingmovement in structures.

Removing Unevenness in Plaster/ Brick Wall / BlockWall:

BS Tileasy HS does not require broom finish on wallplaster. It is recommended to be applied on plain,smooth & levelled plaster to achieve recommendedcoverage results.

In case site has rough finish plastered surface, then itmay be made level by using a levelling skim coatprepared by using cementitious polymer plaster madeby admixing 4% BS Smartbond 100 of cement quantityin the sand cement plaster mix. Allow this levelledsurface to cure for 48 hours before starting application.

Preparation of BS Tileasy HS mortar

Add 3.3 to 3.5 Litres of potable water to a 20Kg bag of BS Tileasy HS. Pour water first in a clean mixing container. Add BS Tileasy HS powder to the water, gradually stirring with a hand mixer until the mix is lump free & in a plastic state.
